1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using AimFX ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

AimFX is operated by a sole proprietor based in Poland.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AimFX provides software tools for trade copying between yours accounts. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payment Methods: PayPal

Currency: All prices are in USD (US Dollars).

Pricing: Prices may change at any time with notice.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact support@aimfx.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Subscriptions: Recurring charges are automatic until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
  2. Resell or share your account with third parties
  3. Use the service for illegal purposes
  4. Attempt to interfere with the service's security or functionality

Violation may result in immediate termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, code, and materials on AimFX are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use only.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not responsible for trading decisions, losses, or damages resulting from use of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • You assume all risks related to software malfunction or trading decisions

8. DATA & PRIVACY

Hosting: Our servers are located in the United States.

GDPR Notice: By using the service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States. We comply with applicable EU data protection laws including GDPR.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact support@aimfx.io for data requests.

Data Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

9. TERMINATION

By You: You may terminate your account at any time. No refunds except as stated in Section 4.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
